Tanveer Alibhai is the founder and lead consultant of Alibhai Educational Consulting, a practice dedicated to supporting schools and educators through coaching, professional development, and program design. She is an experienced educational leader, instructional coach, and consultant with more than two decades of experience in K–8 education, having served as a teacher, parent educator, and school administrator, including multiple division head roles leading curriculum design, faculty development, admissions, and school operations. Tanveer is certified to support students with ADHD/ADD and other neurodiverse learning profiles and brings deep experience partnering with educators and families to design inclusive, responsive learning environments. She holds a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from McGill University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on School Leadership from Notre Dame de Namur University, and a Graduate Certificate in Pedagogical Coordination in the Reggio Emilia Approach from Webster University. Grounded in inquiry-based, child-centered practice, her work focuses on building strong systems, coaching educators, and cultivating inclusive communities where belonging is central and every child feels known, valued, and capable.
