Hi and Welcome!  I'm Tanveer Alibhai, founder of Alibhai Educational Consulting.

For more than 25 years, I've worked alongside children, educators, school leaders, and families—as a teacher, parent educator, instructional coach, school administrator, and consultant.

Across every role, one thing has remained constant: my belief in the power of relationships, thoughtful practice, and strong systems to help people grow.

Why I Do This Work

I've spent my career inside schools—teaching children, coaching educators, leading teams, partnering with families, designing programs, and navigating the wonderfully complex work of building strong learning communities.

I started Alibhai Educational Consulting to bring that experience to more schools, educators, leaders, and families. I wanted to create the kind of partnership I have always valued most: a trusted thought partner who listens carefully, asks good questions, brings expertise without assuming they have all the answers, and helps turn possibility into practice.

My goal isn't to bring a prepackaged solution. It's to understand your context, identify what matters most, and build something that works for your people, your community, and your goals.
