Marin Preparatory Academy: Instructional Leadership and Teacher Coaching

Our project focused on enhancing leadership and teacher coaching within educational institutions. By implementing a coaching program, we aimed to empower educators with the skills confidence needed to foster a dynamic learning environment. Through targeted workshops and collaborative sessions, participants engaged in practices that promoted effective leadership strategies. The outcome was a significant improvement in teaching methodologies and student engagement creating a more positive and productive educational experience.

02

Professional Development for Distance Learning Excellence

Designed and facilitated a multi-session professional development series to support elementary teachers in delivering effective, engaging instruction during distance learning. The workshops focused on practical strategies for maintaining strong student connection online; designing accessible, interactive lessons; differentiating in a virtual environment; and using digital tools to deepen learning rather than distract from it.

Teachers left with adaptable resources, clear routines, and renewed confidence in their ability to foster joyful, meaningful learning — even through a screen. The series strengthened instructional coherence, supported family partnership, and helped sustain student success during a challenging period of rapid educational transformation.

ME Schools (Vietnam): Reggio Emilia Training

Creation of a professional development program centered on the Reggio Emilia philosophy, educators explored the core principles of this child-centered approach. Through interactive workshops and collaborative discussions, participants will learn how to create an environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, critical thinking. Additionally, we personalized consultations to support the schools in implementing these philosophies school-wide, ensuring that every classroom reflects the values of emergent learning and community engagement.

International School (Dar Es Salaam): Distance Learning as an alternative Revenue source

Consulted with academic deans  to develop a Distance Learning program as an innovative solution for expanding access to quality education across Africa. This initiative  enabled the school to reach students in remote regions but also creates a sustainable alternative revenue source. By leveraging technology and tailored curricula,  the school offered flexible learning opportunities that cater to diverse needs fostering an inclusive educational environment.
