Project Portfolio

Launch TK Program at Private Independent School

Partnered with a K–8 independent school to design and launch a research-based Transitional Kindergarten program with clear curriculum, readiness benchmarks, and operational plans. Supported admissions and communications to achieve full inaugural enrollment, expanding entry points and strengthening long-term enrollment while setting a strong foundation for young learners.

Advisory Program Redesign

Partnered with an independent school to design and launch a developmentally grounded advisory program centered on belonging, student voice, and core SEL competencies. Developed a yearlong curriculum, trained faculty, and established sustainable structures to support consistent implementation. The result is a cohesive program that strengthens community connection, enhances student support, and empowers middle schoolers while providing teachers with greater clarity and confidence.

Student-Led Conference System Redesign

Partnered with a K–8 school to redesign traditional teacher–student conferences into student-led experiences that promote ownership of learning and align with the school’s mission and values. Developed goal-setting and reflection structures, consistent tools across grades, and guidance for teachers in coaching students to share their progress with confidence. The new model strengthens student agency, deepens family engagement, and elevates student voice as a driver of learning and growth.

Marin Prep Academy: Leadership & Teacher Coaching

This project strengthened leadership and teacher coaching by implementing a structured coaching program that equipped educators with practical skills and greater confidence. Through targeted workshops and collaborative sessions, participants developed effective leadership and instructional strategies. The result was improved teaching practices, increased student engagement, and a more dynamic, positive learning environment.

Parent Education Workshops

Partnered with schools and parent communities to design and deliver a series of research-based parent education workshops, including Using Screen Time Wisely, Raising an Emotionally Intelligent Child, Effective Family Communication, Understanding Childhood Behaviors, Child Development, and Supporting Children with ADD/ADHD. Grounded in child development and neuroscience, these sessions equipped caregivers with practical tools, shared language, and confidence to strengthen relationships.
